As the Director of Business Development for WMD Squared, Matthew Ham brings more than 10 years of experience in domestic and international sales, which include skills in both product and professional services. His experience in business development includes sales, marketing, analysis, strategy, budgeting, forecasting, account management, client management, project management, recruiting and more.
Prior to business development, Matthew worked for oil and gas product manufacturers in Oklahoma City, assisting clients with various types of application engineering. He also provided internal ASME and product knowledge training as well as product management support during his time there.
Matthew also has experience in accounting and operations management. He has a passion for providing solution-based services that help companies of all sizes achieve successful performance and growth. He believes a person should work hard, have integrity and always be honest with themselves and others.
