After graduating from the Mechanical Engineering program at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Aaron worked as a manufacturing engineer for an oilfield equipment producer, performing tooling design, manufacturing process design, maintenance engineering and product design troubleshooting. During his time there, he became licensed as a professional engineer and gained proficiency in Autodesk Inventor.
Aaron then took a year off from engineering to teach chemistry and physics courses at a local high school. During this time, he helped mentor the next generation of STEM students.
At WMD Squared, Aaron leverages his engineering and manufacturing experience to provide mechanical engineering services to clients in various industries. From product development and process design to on-site engineering support, he enjoys troubleshooting design challenges and understanding the “why” of any situation.
Away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Aaron is an avid outdoorsman and loves hunting, fishing and backpacking. He also is an ultra-runner, participating in multiple trail races each year — many of which are thirty miles or longer.
